Arriving Late

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled & need to be rescheduled.

Change or Cancellation

All appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of services booked.  You will not be able to rebook until balance is paid.

Refund Policy

We want you to love your experience with us.  We do not offer refunds on services, but guarantee all of our services when you purchase the recommended regimen to maintain your look at home.  If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please let us know within 7 days of your visit so we can make any adjustments necessary.
